The ‘Yoga As Energy Medicine’ training manual contains ‘scripted dialogue’ for Wellness Facilitators to facilitate basic chair and gentle yoga poses, meditations, and other mind/body stress management techniques. The following basics are covered in the workshop:

- Breathing, meditation techniques, guided imagery
