Yoga Classes
All Levels Yoga focuses on synchronization of breath and movement through a set series of postures. Classes provide a grounding, meditative quality that builds strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Appropriate for beginners and intermediate levels.

Yoga-To-Go for Stress Management
Yoga-To-Go is a stress management program designed to bring the benefits of yoga, breathing, meditation, guided visualization and other mind/body techniques to your staff. Staff members learn how to use simple yoga poses and other mind-body activities to de-stress, focus, and restore themselves. In addition to being more productive and efficient, staff members are energized and more engaged in their work, presenting a positive tone for your company. Yoga-To-Go for Staff Development and ‘Wellness Facilitator’ Training
Yoga-To-Go also offers a stress management training program that allows your staff to become in-house ‘Wellness Facilitators’. Your staff will learn how to facilitate simple yoga routines, breathing, and other stress management techniques. Staff members will learn how to use yoga and other mind-body activities to de-stress and restore themselves, as well as offer these techniques to other colleagues in the office, or as in-home care for patients.
As staff members ‘become the change’ they desire to see, they become powerful and inspirational models. Medical science has identified self-awareness and the ability to self-care as the two key factors in maintaining a lifetime of holistic health and wellness. When staff members can model and share these benefits with others,Yoga-To-Go tools can have a lasting impact for a more positive and productive environment.
