Kathleen Kiley is the founder of Wellness Insights, LLC located in Manchester, CT.  As an Energy Medicine practitioner and Yoga instructor, Kathleen offers integrative health and wellness solutions for stress management.  Clients learn simple yoga routines and other effective mind/body techniques to reduce stress, increase the body’s energy levels, and strengthen the mind’s ability to focus and concentrate.  Kathleen also hosts the television program ‘South Windsor Wellness’, a health and wellness tv show sponsored by the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce in CT.

While practicing in Atlanta, GA, Kathleen was a co-principal investigator in the research study with Emory University, ‘Wellness Interventions, Spiritual Healing, and Quality of Life in Parkinson’s Disease’ which demonstrated that the effects of prayer and hands-on healing can have important beneficial effects on quality of life and motor function in PD.  She also produced and hosted ‘The Dream Show’ for five years interviewing renowned national authors in the field of integrative medicine.  As a writer, Kathleen has published many wellness articles and was a columnist for Oracle 2000, interpreting dreams in her monthly column ‘The Inner World’.  As chairperson for Comfort Keepers’ national ‘memory care’ committee, Kathleen developed a ‘Brain Fitness’ program for clients in the early stages of Dementia and Alzheimer’s. The program includes: sensory and cognitive stimulation, art and music therapies, guided visualizations, reminiscence therapies, and consultation for family and caregivers.

Kathleen received her Energy Medicine certification from the White Winds Institute in Atlanta, GA in 2000.  She received her Yoga instruction certification from Yoga Ed in 2008.  She also has professional designations in the study of Mind, Body, Spirit Integration, Ministerial Ordination and Business Administration.
